Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Coaching methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to mentor and facilitate Operational Excellence systems and organizational transformation.
• Experience building Continuous Improvement capabilities across the organization.
• Experience planning, selecting, and executing improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in Continuous Improvement tools including Kaizen Blitz, Kanban, Cellular Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Standard Work, Pull Systems, 3P, SMED, PDCA, and DMAIC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operating systems and financial concepts, including P&L and savings validation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive sustainable results through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the organization's Annual Strategic Plan and deploy it across manufacturing operations.
• Provide leadership with performance updates and progress reports on Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Administer the Change to Win program and ensure objectives are achieved or exceeded.
• Manage a healthy project pipeline from identification to budget-approved initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coach using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Promote and drive innovative methodologies and best practices.
• Lead Lean Transformation initiatives with deployment plans and Value Stream Maps.
• Drive initiatives to improve profitability, productivity, and overhead through a multi-year roadmap.
• Design and implement Gemba activities and Improvement Katas with leadership teams.
• Develop and manage the BD Production System maturity roadmap and deployment strategies.
• Participate in initiatives that promote process simplification and execution discipline.
• Coordinate, lead, and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events with monitoring, sustainment, and realization of results.
• Drive recurring opportunity identification to maintain a robust improvement pipeline.
• Monitor and validate the financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate recurring VOC and VOB reviews with executive teams.
• Manage the Annual Deployment Plan for Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of visual management systems and performance boards.
• Monitor effectiveness and sustainability of systems with standardized work and behaviors.
