As the Senior Operations Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of client experiences for our most intricate client accounts. Responsibilities

Project Management (75%):

  • Diligently oversee project timelines and ensure that progress aligns with established milestones.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new processes or requirements, utilizing internal platforms as a resource for materials, such as new reports.
  • Collaborate with the Web Product Specialist team to address new requirements and enhancements, ensuring project success.
  • Effectively address general problems that may emerge during project execution.
  • Promote seamless integration and collaboration among different teams, including marketing, analytics, third party partners, and other pertinent departments.
  • Utilize JIRA to create and manage tickets for the uploading of images and .pdf files to maintain project deliverables.

Customer Success (25%):

  • Provide invaluable support to the sales team in addressing client issues and inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee client satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
  • Understand and navigate the order to cash processes to support the client.
