Job summary

BRG is launching a new Financial Services Operations & Technology practice focused on Commercial and Consumer Banking. We are hiring experienced business transformation consultants to lead operations improvements and design future-state operating models.

As a Managing Consultant, you will coordinate day-to-day project execution, review client deliverables, translate findings into practical recommendations, and help grow the practice through business development and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions.
• Experience leading workstreams and coaching junior team members.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support banking transformation initiatives across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Support transformation programs, governance, and PMOs from strategy through execution.
• Support technology-enabled transformation, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and business readiness.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to incorporate AI-enabled approaches into consulting delivery.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the practice.
