Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical work for commercial buildings or data centers.
• Experience with high voltage systems, motor control centers, and PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and monitor electrical equipment performance; respond to faults.
• Operate and maintain motor control centers and programmable logic controllers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including chillers and air handlers.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed.
• Document work orders and track parts and material usage.
• Respond to emergencies to protect property and occupants.
