Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) represents a client seeking an Operating Engineer to support a 1.5 million sq ft campus with on-site engineering staff and tenants. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, boilers, pumps, and related building systems and manage work orders in the CMMS.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in facility maintenance, EPA/CFC certification, and proficiency in MS Office; Corrigo CMMS experience is a plus. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades.
• EPA/CFC certification required or willingness to obtain within the first year.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial building systems; Corrigo CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, generators, UPS systems, and other building equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, DDC, and pneumatic control systems across a 1.5 million sq. ft. campus.
• Manage and update work orders in the CMMS and respond to tenant service requests promptly.
• Support on-call and emergency response activities as part of a rotating weekly schedule.
