Job summary

Sibitalent Corp in San Jose, CA seeks a seasoned Lead Red Hat Linux Architect to guide the modernization of our enterprise infrastructure into a scalable, secure, cloud-native platform. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in RHEL, RHOSP 17.1, STF, automation and hybrid cloud operations.

You will lead OpenStack design, deployment, and operations, set architectural standards, and collaborate with Cloud, DevOps and Application teams to integrate workloads across private and hybrid clouds,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Linux architecture and administration experience.
• Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and RHOSP (preferably 17.1).
• Proven track record in architecting and operating private or hybrid OpenStack cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of RHOSP 17.1 cloud environments across compute, storage, and networking.
• Deliver fully configured OpenStack environments aligned with business objectives.
• Define Linux and OpenStack architectural standards ensuring scalability, automation, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Application teams to integrate workloads across private and hybrid clouds.
