Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking an OpenShift Architect to design and deliver strategic enterprise solutions. You will provide technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and enablement of best practices for clients across North America.

The role requires on-site client work with weekly travel. Candidates should have 5+ years in architect/consultant roles, strong OpenShift/Kubernetes experience, and a solid background in Linux administration and identity management.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a solution architect, enterprise architect or technical consultant role.
Track record delivering architectural designs and leading implementation teams.
Ability to manage delivery timelines, scope and stakeholders.
Experience working across diverse teams and mentoring colleagues.
Leadership in workshops, enablement, or engagements.
Degree in computer science or a technical discipline.
Experience with modern cloud platform consulting and Red Hat OpenShift.
Experience Linux administration (RHEL or derivative).
Experience with Identity Management technologies including Red Hat Identity Manager and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

Guide customers in building scalable, optimised solutions using Red Hat technologies.
Lead services discovery sessions to educate customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices.
Scope projects, align with customer requirements, and assist presales as needed.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and collaboration.
Articulate the value of Red Hat Services Portfolio and integrate services into solutions.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
Lead internal initiatives to foster innovation and growth.
Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
Travel to client locations up to weekly according to project needs.
