Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Kubernetes & OpenShift Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade container platforms across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will own the platform lifecycle from provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding and developer enablement.

Qualifications
- 5+ years operating container platforms in production.
- At least 3 years on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Deep Kubernetes/OpenShift internals knowledge.
- Strong Linux administration, networking and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on with IaC tools such as Ansible/Terraform/Helm.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift/Kubernetes (Tekton/Jenkins/Argo CD).
- Scripting skills in Bash/Python/Go.
- Monitoring, logging and tracing familiarity; security and supply chain hardening.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
- Own end-to-end platform lifecycle from provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding.
- Collaborate with application, security and infrastructure teams for stability and security.
- Enable developers and maintain a secure, scalable container platform.
- Continuously improve operations, performance, and reliability.
