Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OpenShift Administrator to join the Advanced Technology Centers in the United States. You will manage OpenShift platform operations across on-premises and Azure, handle cluster upgrades, scaling, RBAC, and storage integration, and work with CI/CD tools to support containerized workloads.

You'll collaborate with DevOps teams, implement IaC using Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD/OpenShift GitOps, and help ensure security and compliance across multi-cloud

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering OpenShift in production environments.
• Experience with Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or Azure deployments.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize OpenShift clusters on-premises and in Azure.
• Perform cluster lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and scaling.
• Monitor cluster health and respond to incidents using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenShift logging.
• Manage networking, storage, and RBAC/SCC/image policy controls.
• Support CI/CD integrations with Tekton, ArgoCD/OpenShift GitOps, Jenkins.
• Contribute to IaC templates with Ansible, Terraform; collaborate on change management.
