Job summary

Shrive Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support the OL:CDS 2.x platform. You will configure, build, validate, and release software for a global enterprise OpenLAB CDS deployment, while managing lab deployment resources and post-release support.

You will collaborate across project teams, develop IQ/OQ scripts, and ensure instrument connections and software integration are robust in a regulated environment. Travel to Rahway/West Point may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and supporting OpenLAB CDS 2.x platforms in a regulated environment.
• Experience with instrument/software connection troubleshooting and lab deployments.
• Proven ability to upgrade chromatography data systems in GMP or non-GMP settings.
• Ability to author IQ/OQ test scripts and support UAT execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist technical lead with OL:CDS platform architecture design.
• Request and configure AWS cloud resources for OL:CDS platform and workflows.
• Manage daily/weekly activities of OL:CDS deployment resources.
• Serve as primary contact for deployment resources and coordinate with core project teams.
