The role leads integrated planning, scheduling, and production control to ensure safe, predictable material flow and on-time delivery in a low-volume/high-mix defense-focused environment. The candidate will own the MPS, job readiness, and daily execution, coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to close readiness gaps and optimize capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or operations field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP, BOMs, routing, and production documentation.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and capacity planning.
• Lead a team of production controllers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage WIP, bottlenecks, and sequence of operations across work centers.
• Drive daily execution and KPI achievement for OTD and inventory turns.
