Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or computational lithography.
• Direct experience supporting production semiconductor customers.
• Strong knowledge of lithography fundamentals and OPC impact.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose software, workflow, model, and runtime issues affecting tapeouts.
• Coordinate resolution across R&D, Product Engineering, and customer teams (US and Taiwan).
• Deploy and qualify Proteus software releases at customer sites and validate workflows.
• Advise on runtime performance, HPC utilization, and job scheduling for high-volume manufacturing.
• Build technical relationships with OPC, RET, and process integration teams.
• Capture enhancement requests and translate customer requirements to Product Management and R&D.
• Create notes, troubleshooting guides, and training materials; mentor junior engineers.
