Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead large, complex on-site industrial construction projects at a high-tech semiconductor facility.

You’ll own planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement coordination, and field execution while engaging with client and stakeholders. The role demands a seasoned leader with experience managing multi-million dollar scopes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial construction, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, high-tech, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of contracts, project controls, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from contract award through final closeout in a high-tech semiconductor facility environment.
• Develop and execute project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and workface planning.
• Drive performance against scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, productivity, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with field supervision, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to maintain execution alignment.
• Oversee critical path activities, milestones, and recovery plans to support timely delivery.
