Job summary

The position involves complex repair and maintenance tasks in manufacturing, troubleshooting non-functioning equipment, and potential modifications as directed by engineers.

The role requires extensive knowledge in electromechanical technology, CMMS, and reading technical documents, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with calibration and preventive maintenance execution processes.
• Experience using CMMS/ERP software and reading technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient execution.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs within the team.
• Provide status updates to supervisor and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Balance workload and focus on critical business and production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
