Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Buildings to lead healthcare facility projects in the Fremont, CA region.

This full-time, onsite role is embedded with the client, overseeing project development from conception through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; serve as the primary client contact; oversee consultants and contractors; and drive outcomes with a collaborative Owner's Representative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of healthcare or institutional PM experience.
• Experience with GMP and Lump Sum delivery methods.
• Excellent client relationships, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to be onsite daily at client site in Fremont, CA

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare building projects through all phases of delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary client contact and Owner's Representative.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Resolve complex project and construction issues.
• Manage procurement activities, contracts, and change orders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to project staff.
