Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Buildings to join the PMCM team in the Stockton, CA region.

This full-time, onsite role manages project development from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, schedules, budgets and quality. As an Owner's Representative, you will lead healthcare projects, oversee budgets, contracts, and teams, and partner with clients, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of design and construction PM experience in healthcare, education, or institutional facilities.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience with GMP and Lump Sum delivery methods.
• Excellent client relationships, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be onsite daily at client site in Stockton, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare building projects through all phases of delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary client contact and Owner's Representative.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Resolve complex project and construction issues.
• Manage procurement activities, contracts, and change orders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to project staff.
