Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• 10+ years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in ER/ICU/occupational health/ambulatory settings.
• 3+ years in nursing management.
• BSN degree required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including staff management and budgeting.
• Provide clinical nursing care for occupational and non-occupational health needs.
• Coordinate health promotion, screenings, and travel health services.
• Document encounters in EHR with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Regional Nurse Manager and stakeholders to drive Health Services initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, standards of care, and risk mitigation.
