Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC seeks a Hardware/Software Endpoint Support Specialist Level III to deliver Tier 1–2 endpoint device support onsite at NRL, aligned with ITIL practices. Responsibilities include endpoint setup, issue resolution, and device lifecycle management in a DISA-standard Windows environment.

Requires a Secret clearance with potential Tier 5 eligibility, ten years of relevant experience, and SEC+ certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience in hardware, software, information assurance, or business analytical support.
• Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Clearance: Secret; final DoD-granted Tier 3 clearance with Tier 5 eligibility or higher is required.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Certifications: SEC+.

Responsibilities

• Set up new endpoints, mobile endpoints, and re-image surplus systems for re-issuance.
• Manage incoming service requests (phone, live chat, tickets, emails).
• Assist users in endpoint application support, system settings, drive mapping, and file restorations.
• Move and track equipment and assist in equipment disposal.
• Perform installation and troubleshooting on computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Analyze system performance in response to outages and poor performance.
• Collect statistics on hardware/software/system problems, security incidents, and service requests.
• Escalate service requests to Tier 3 when unresolved at Tier 2.
• Assist with quarterly comparisons of data sources to maintain 1900 IT resources.
• Support the research and acquisition of new IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
