Job summary

Feast & Fettle seeks a Distributions Operations Lead to join our Operations team onsite in Elkridge, MD. This senior role leads a ~25-person Maryland team, reporting to the VP of Distribution Operations and partnering across the east coast.

As a seasoned, people-first leader, you’ll build capabilities, scale operations for daily deliveries, mentor Supervisors, and drive process improvements while balancing quality, safety, and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading and developing people and front-line leaders.
• Experience growing a team quickly, hiring and onboarding at volume.
• Real experience running distribution, fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Comfort working across reporting lines and at a distance.
• Fluency with operational metrics and dashboards.
• Maturity to lead tenured and newer team members with accountability.
• Travel to RI and NY for onboarding and quarterly meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the health, growth, and performance of the Maryland team.
• Coach and develop Supervisors, grow their skills, and empower them to lead.
• Escalation point for on-floor issues and drive fast resolutions.
• Partner with People Team to hire, onboard, and ramp new members.
• Build onboarding and training to scale without losing quality or culture.
