Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center Construction Manager to lead field execution for hyperscale AI data center projects in Shackelford, Texas. The role emphasizes direct contractor engagement, safety, quality, and turnover readiness with a strong field presence.

Based in Shackelford with relocation assistance, you will coordinate activities, track progress, and drive schedule adherence in a fast-paced environment aligned with OCI standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting construction execution on large, complex projects.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial construction, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and turnover docs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily construction execution for assigned buildings and trade scopes.
• Coordinate general contractors, subs, foremen, superintendents, and partners.
• Monitor field progress, manpower, productivity, sequencing, and readiness.
• Ensure activities align with schedules, milestones, and turnover priorities.
• Identify field risks and resolve issues to minimize rework.
• Reinforce onsite safety and quality expectations through field presence.
• Track punch lists, turnover readiness, and startup support needs.
• Provide accurate daily field reports and milestone updates.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, commissioning, controls, logistics, and safety teams.
