Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Hyperscale Data Center Delivery team seeks a Lead Principal Data Center Project Controls to drive integrated planning, project controls, and executive reporting for Oracle Cloud’s Abilene AI Data Center and OCI’s AI Data Center in Shackelford, Texas.

You will oversee documentation, risk management, and TPM governance with remote flexibility for DFW-area candidates willing to travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in project controls or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, mission-critical, industrial, or manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive integrated project schedules, milestone trackers, forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Track project performance across cost, schedule, risk, safety, supply chain readiness, and logistics.
• Identify critical-path risks, dependencies, procurement gaps, and manufacturing bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain mitigation plans, risk registers, and action logs.
• Coordinate long-lead procurement status, supplier readiness, and logistics plans.
• Validate project reporting through field engagement and site reviews.
