Qualifications

• 10–15 years of superintendent experience in large-scale construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for diverse teams.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily on-site construction activities from start to closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and trades per schedule and safety standards.
• Oversee installation and coordination of MEP systems and major structural components.
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and mitigate delays.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects to ensure design compliance.
• Maintain daily site logs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
