Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of superintendent experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to direct diverse teams
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site changes
• OSHA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and trades to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality
• Oversee installation and coordination of MEP systems and major structural components
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and address delays
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects for design compliance
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to prevent issues in the field
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and site documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and company standards
