Job summary

Plummer Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Resident Project Representative III for our Houston, TX projects. The role requires extensive field experience, the ability to read plans and specifications, and to coordinate inspectors, field staff and several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years field experience in construction or construction management.
• Must be able to read plans and specifications.
• Able to communicate with Clients, Contractors and Engineers.
• Able to direct inspectors and field staff across multiple projects.
• Construction Manager Certification from CMAA.
• Willing to attend outside training – OSHA, ACI, etc.
• Assist Construction Manager with monthly reports, pay requests, and test reports.
• Coordinate QC/QA testing on the site.
• Complete daily construction reports and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform Construction Inspection duties on projects assigned; lead project inspection on a single project at minimum.
• Coordinate QC/QA testing on site and assist with monthly reports and pay requests.
• Prepare daily construction reports and other documentation as assigned by the Construction Manager.
• Interact with clients, contractors and project managers during construction.
