Job summary

Charah Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead day-to-day onsite operations for multi-project execution, from pre-construction through close-out. You will coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors and materials to meet design specifications, schedule and budgets.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction, 5-7 years in CM/supervision, and proficiency in reading engineered drawings. OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain is required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a construction environment.
• 5-7 years in construction management or supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, estimates, plans, drawings and specs; analyze labor, material, equipment and time requirements.
• Manage onsite operations for construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Maintain communications with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and their schedules and ensure safety compliance.
