Job summary

Roncelli, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead onsite construction operations on large-scale commercial projects in Sterling Heights, MI. This role ensures safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget, guiding field teams and subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.

Daily collaboration with Project Management, Safety, and Operations is essential. The Senior Superintendent will manage field operations, maintain program standards, and proactively resolve issues

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 required; MUST, Certified Storm Water Operator, and First Aid & CPR preferred.
• Pre-employment and annual drug testing; background check, including driving record, as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities with a primary focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
• Serve as the primary onsite representative for Roncelli, subcontractors, inspectors, and client partners.
• Plan and manage daily field operations, manpower, site logistics, and sequencing of work.
• Drive execution of approved construction plans, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Identify execution risks, resolve field challenges, and elevate critical issues as needed.
• Oversee daily reporting, documentation, and field recordkeeping for internal and client use.
