Hertz is seeking an Onsite Automotive Technician at our Kailua-Kona, HI location. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles, leading the maintenance team, and ensuring all equipment runs smoothly through preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements include a minimum of three years of vehicle maintenance experience, the ability to work independently and with a team, and familiarity with shop equipment such as lifts and alignment machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience.
• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs to keep vehicles in running condition.
• Lead maintenance team with product knowledge and quality standards.
• Handle complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls.
• Contribute to preventative maintenance program and teamwork.
