Job summary

Canopy Service Partners is seeking a creative Brand Reputation & Content Manager to elevate our multi-brand presence across digital channels and local markets. You will shape authentic brand voices and manage online reputation initiatives for Partner brands.

You'll collaborate with Marketing Managers, Partner leaders, and agency partners to develop SEO-informed content, monitor reviews, and drive customer engagement, visibility, and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, advertising, or digital marketing preferred.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor voice for multiple brands and channels.
Experience with reputation and review management across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) and local markets.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain brand voice consistency across Partner brands and local markets.
Create on-brand content for websites, blogs, emails, social media, ads, and marketing collateral.
Lead content calendars and coordinate with Marketing Managers, agency partners, and Partner leaders.
Collaborate on SEO strategies and monitor organic visibility and conversions.
Develop and implement review generation and response programs across platforms.
Monitor reputation signals and coordinate timely, professional follow-ups to reviews.
Prepare regular KPI reports on content, SEO, reviews, and local visibility.
