Job summary

Reputation is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market plans for the Reputation Management platform. This role reports to the VP of Product Marketing & Enablement with responsibilities that include the development and execution of product launches, sales enablement, product collateral, and competitive analysis.

The ideal candidate is high energy, vocal, well written and is known for being the "glue" in cross-functional team situations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related product or solutions marketing experience.
• Turn rich, evolving product features and stories into compelling messages.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly effective presentation skills (examples of past work required).
• Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research.
• Experience influencing product offers to customers and sales teams.
• Intuitive understanding of complex software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Reputation Management platform.
• Create product collateral: decks, how-to guides, release notes, FAQs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Perform ongoing market research and articulate differentiators.
• Collaborate with Product Management to tie innovation to customer value.
