Job summary

CU Boulder is seeking Admissions and Operations Sr. Professionals to lead recruitment for online graduate and post-baccalaureate programs.

You will build a high-touch enrollment pipeline, develop targeted campaigns, and partner across units to support prospective students through the application and enrollment processes. The role emphasizes strategic recruitment, data-driven planning, and collaboration with CE Marketing and partner units to expand access for nontraditional learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of related professional experience preferred.
• Experience in higher education admissions and recruitment is desirable.
• Experience working with online students and online programs.
• Knowledge of inquiry, decision-making, and commitment cycles for nontraditional learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online student recruitment and admissions strategies to grow online programs.
• Provide high-touch engagement with prospective students via multiple channels.
• Identify opportunities to diversify applicant pools and scale online program enrollment.
• Engage with prospective and admitted students to assist with applications and matriculation.
• Plan and manage recruitment events (virtual and in-person) and coordinate with external partners.
