Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead and deliver OneStream financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and BI implementations for diverse clients across the United States.

The role requires deep OneStream expertise, strong .NET/SQL development, and proven leadership to guide projects and mentor junior staff. Location-based pay ranges reflect the market for senior architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical architecture experience with at least 3 years focused on OneStream.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS).
• Deep understanding of financial close and consolidation processes (reconciliation, eliminations, currency translations).
• Strong .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect.
• Demonstrated leadership, client service, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and document design for OneStream applications.
• Develop proofs of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and governance of OneStream solution architecture and reviews.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality across unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with clients to create roadmaps and maximize OneStream value in close and planning processes.
• Contribute to the OneStream COE governance framework and standards.
• Design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with Baker Tilly and client leadership on engagement management.
• Stay current with OneStream advancements and AI capabilities.
• Mentor and train junior staff and lead training sessions.
