Job summary

Accenture in New York seeks an experienced OneStream Senior Developer to lead the design and delivery of complex OneStream XF implementations. You will mentor junior developers, drive platform best practices, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the lifecycle.

You will also participate in business development activities, support RFP responses, and contribute to expanding the OneStream practice with innovative solutions and strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of work experience if no Bachelor's degree.
• OneStream Certified (OCA): Administration or Implementor; willingness to certify within 6 months.
• 3+ years of experience developing OneStream platforms with multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations.
• 2+ years of experience developing Data Management sequences and steps.
• 3+ years of report and dashboard development.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions meeting business requirements with deep technical SME expertise.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior developers.
• Support business proposal processes, including RFP responses and client presentations to drive opportunities.
• Grow the practice by contributing to new business opportunities and solution design.
