Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join their growing Baker Tilly Digital practice. You will support leading companies in expanding their market presence and deliver consulting services in budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with at least five years in FP&A consulting. Experience with OneStream is preferred. The role offers a competitive compensation range from $85,910 to $162,890 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in FP&A or FP&A consulting, advising commercial companies.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• Previous experience working with external clients in solution development is a plus.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, test, and deploy corporate performance management solutions.
• Gather client requirements and build design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Engage in OneStream solution testing, including unit and user acceptance testing.
• Build and deploy reports and dashboards to meet client requirements.
• Develop a roadmap that encompasses an overall solution vision.
