Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will deliver budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and BI solutions for clients, leading workshops and driving design from requirements to deployment.

You'll work with OneStream and related technologies to expand our regional market presence, mentor teammates, and provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, CS, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience with client exposure.
• Experience implementing OneStream for planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience with ERP or CPM solutions is a plus.
• OneStream Certified Associate preferred; strong .NET and SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, test and deployment of CPM/EPM solutions for clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and document designs.
• Design infrastructure for OneStream applications based on requirements.
• Participate in testing: unit, integration, regression, UAT.
• Develop reports, dashboards, templates to meet client needs.
• Collaborate to define roadmaps and communicate initiatives across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
