Job summary

PerkinElmer in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks a Sr. OneSource Services Manager to lead Laboratory Services operations, quality, and strategic initiatives for a key customer account.

You will partner with the OneSource General Manager to drive service delivery, regulatory compliance, and growth opportunities while mentoring on-site teams.

This role requires strong KPI focus, safety culture, and collaboration with customer stakeholders to ensure excellent service and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field with 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Leadership experience in a regulated laboratory or similar environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of GLP, EHS, biosafety, and site procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership for OneSource Laboratory Services with regulatory compliance and operational excellence across service lines.
• Build trusted relationships with customer and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery and alignment with contracts.
• Ensure defined KPIs and SLAs are met and identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead on-site staff development, performance reviews, and coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
