Job summary

Flourish Research is expanding its oncology recruitment marketing function and seeks a Senior Manager, Patient Engagement, Oncology to lead end-to-end efforts across Valkyrie Los Angeles and Denver, plus Gen Med sites adding oncology. The role targets rapid enrollment through enhanced community engagement, digital campaigns, and testimonial programs.

Reporting to the VP, Patient Engagement and Marketing, you will own CRM strategy, partnerships with advocacy groups, and cross-site KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing and patient recruitment.
• Direct-response campaign experience, oncology preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments for patient-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Own oncology recruitment marketing plan across Flourish sites.
• Develop and run oncology testimonial program end to end.
• Lead cancer-specific community-building efforts with advocacy groups.
• Manage oncology database and CRM strategy in Salesforce.
• Oversee active digital patient identification campaigns (paid social, search, retargeting).
• Collaborate with Gen Med add-on sites to build oncology rosters and targeted ads.
• Define and report KPIs across pre- and post-award stages.
• Coordinate with site leadership, vendors, and compliance stakeholders.
• Manage agency relationships supporting recruitment marketing.
