Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8–12+ years of clinical research experience with at least 5 years in site operational leadership.
- Direct oncology research experience required, minimum 2+ years.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day oncology site operations, ensuring compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and sponsor protocols.
- Lead development, execution, and continuous improvement of SOPs aligned with Flourish Research and oncology-specific requirements.
- Own the oncology site P&L; manage to margin/EBITDA targets.
- Partner with Quality and Risk to achieve strong audit outcomes and uphold data integrity.
- Collaborate with investigators and medical leadership to support high-acuity oncology trials.
