Qualifications

• MD, PhD or equivalent with 13+ years in pharma/biotech or academic role at Associate Professor level.
• Proven ability to design and conduct multiple clinical trials across development stages.
• Deep knowledge of GCP/ICH, FDA, EMA guidelines and Health Authority interactions.
• Strong leadership, communication and mentorship of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development plans for Revolution Medicines’ molecules, aligning science, regulatory, and commercial goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams and mentor staff to achieve milestones on time and budget.
• Oversee trial design, site selection, recruitment, data management and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with investigators, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and program advancement.
• Manage timelines and budgets; ensure efficient resource allocation.
