Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in a complex selling environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
• 4+ years progressive experience in medical device, pharma, diagnostics, or related industry.
• Experience in product, market, or program management; oncology marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, end-to-end oncology marketing for the Molecular Diagnostics business.
• Drive strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of the oncology marketing strategy.
• Develop sales enabling tools, messaging, and programs; partner with sales leadership to support field performance and revenue goals.
