Qualifications

• Progressive experience in medical devices, pharma, diagnostics or related industry.
• Experience in product, market, or program management; oncology marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostics, healthcare delivery, and reimbursement environments.
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and advanced analytical/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, end-to-end oncology marketing efforts for the Molecular Diagnostics business.
• Drive strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and execution of marketing strategy.
• Develop sales enabling tools, messaging, and programs; support field performance and revenue goals.
• Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, third-party relationships, and product support.
• Contribute to strategic marketing plans and new product development.
• Create materials for sales training and industry presentations.
