Job summary

HCA ITG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the build-out, integration, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of a third-party medical oncology solution across the enterprise. You will own the product roadmap, coordinate clinical, operational, IT workstreams, and ensure safe integration into oncology workflows and enterprise systems.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Five+ years of product management or related healthcare IT experience.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or enterprise product deployments.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap and implementation strategy for the oncology solution.
• Coordinates vendor, clinical, operational, and IT workstreams across the enterprise.
• Defines workflows, drives adoption, and ensures safe integration with enterprise systems.
