Job summary

Leap Health, Inc. seeks a Lead Oncology Pharmacist to own the oncology clinical model for home or ambulatory infusion care and to serve as the clinical counterpart to oncologists and cancer centers. You will partner with clinical operations, manufacturers, and customer success to ensure safe, effective patient care and establish Leap's oncology program.

The role requires a PharmD, an active U.S. pharmacist license, BCOP, and PGY2 oncology or 3+ years oncology practice.

Qualifications

• PharmD and active U.S. pharmacist license with BCOP certification.
• PGY2 Oncology Residency or 3+ years oncology practice experience.
• Direct oncology clinical experience in infusion centers, inpatient oncology, home infusion, or oncology specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Leap's oncology clinical model including eligibility, guardrails, lab and treatment-clearance requirements.
• Review oncology cases before initiation and reassess as status changes; coordinate with care teams.
• Lead clinician-to-clinician discussions with oncologists and cancer centers; develop provider-facing clinical materials.
• Define nursing competencies, documentation standards, and provider communication for clinical operations and network partners.
• Represent Leap clinically with partners, manufacturers, clients and external stakeholders.
