Model Oncology is seeking an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to serve as a subject matter expert on advanced oncology therapies and to help prepare partner health systems to adopt new modalities safely.

Reporting to the VP of Integrated Care Operations, you will build clinical protocols, training programs, and lead cross-site teams to drive consistent practice with independence and accountability.

Qualificações

• PharmD required.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to engage physicians, nurses and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a clinical SME for advanced oncology therapies (gene/cellular therapies, T-cell engagers, radiopharmaceuticals).
• Develop clinical protocols, training programs, and education for partner teams.
• Lead implementation plans for safe adoption of new therapies across sites.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and nursing leadership on readiness and protocols.
• Translate emerging evidence into practical practice standards.
