Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
• PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of oncology pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active South Carolina Pharmacist License.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with oncologists and nursing to ensure patient-centered services.
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy laws and standards.
• Oversees daily infusion pharmacy operations.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of oncology and infusion pharmacotherapy

Knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>

Knowledge of oncology treatment regimens

Experience with Epic Beacon or equivalent EMR

Strong leadership and communication skills

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
