Amgen Inc. (IR) in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Oncology Specialist to be the primary clinical liaison with medical professionals, delivering product knowledge and articulating clinical and economic benefits.

You will develop territory plans, build relationships, manage product access, and help drive sales across our oncology portfolio while upholding Amgen's values and commitment to patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales/clinical experience in healthcare or related field
• Preferred Oncology experience
• 3+ years of sales/marketing in pharma/biotech/healthcare/medical devices
• Product or hospital sales in oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology or inflammation
• Local market knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
• Adaptability with core competencies: planning, knowledge, communication, results, relationships

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan to meet sales targets
• Manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze business performance and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Promote products and communicate clinical and economic benefits to medical professionals
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow professionally
• Leverage oncology knowledge to adapt to regulatory and competitive changes
