Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) to oversee field-based operational support for U.S. treatment sites, including onboarding, workflows, and end-to-end product execution.

This role requires coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution across Ohio and Kentucky territories. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, strong relationship-building skills with provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, ensuring education on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities for consistent execution of the product journey.
• Serve as the product operational SME for assigned treatment sites and support product processes, operations and logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues, triaging and coordinating cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to support a coordinated experience for treatment sites.
• Build trusted relationships with site leaders, delivering reliable operational support.
• Use data and dashboards to assess site metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communications, workflows, resources and education.
