Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Hospital Research Institute is seeking a Senior Oncology CTMS Analyst to manage daily CTMS operations, data entry, and calendar management for oncology studies. The role supports protocol updates, KPI reporting, and collaboration with RI education for CTMS training and development.

You will interact with RI leadership, vendors, and IT to ensure data accuracy and system performance, while translating requirements into actionable specifications and onboarding new CTMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; clinical research in hospital setting preferred.
• 4 years of research and healthcare data entry experience.
• Experience with pediatric clinical research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CTMS operations and data entry for the Research Institute.
• Support protocol updates, study calendars, and budget shells in CTMS.
• Generate RI metric/KPI reports for research administration and leadership.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical specifications for CTMS.
• Lead small-to-medium Cloud app enhancements and workflow changes.
• Mentor/subject matter expert to internal and external users.
