Nicklaus Children's Hospital Research Institute is seeking a Senior Oncology CTMS Analyst to manage the CTMS system daily, handling data entry, protocol calendar development, and budget shells for studies. You will support enrollment dashboards and collaborate with program leadership on metrics.

The role requires skills in CTMS, KPIs, and cross‑functional communication; relocation is considered for the right candidate in the South Florida area.

Formación

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4 years of experience in research and healthcare data entry.
• Experience with CTMS or clinical trial management systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates study progress reports to hospital units involved with research.
• Manages daily CTMS operations: adds/edits/updates in CTMS.
• Prepares RI KPI reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Translates user requirements into functional/technical design specs.
• Leads small to medium upgrades or enhancements to RI cloud apps.
• Mentors internal and external clients and team members.
• Assists with CTMS training and development with RI Educator.
• Creates budget shells/financial schedules for protocols.
• Creates study calendars for new and amended protocols in CTMS.
• Enters patient information into CTMS within 72 hours of events.
• Follows SOPs, HIPAA, and FDA guidelines; collaborates with RI IT.
