Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Experienced Oncology CRAs to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team across the US. The role requires 1+ year of independent CRO monitoring, CAR-T is desirable, and involves 60-70% travel with 8-10 DOS per month.

You will monitor sites, ensure data integrity, manage safety reporting, and assist with training and coordination of local projects while supporting sponsors and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Oncology experience is desired.
• Open to various hub locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits; liaise with vendors; and other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plans.
• General On-Site Monitoring.
• Ensure staff safety and proper entry of patients into trials per protocol.
• Ensure informed consent and protocol requirements are followed.
• Ensure data integrity in CRFs and other data tools.
• Assist with registry management and feasibility work when requested.
• Complete SAE reporting and follow-up.
• CRF review, query generation, and data reconciliation.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Coordinate designated clinical projects as a Local Project Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
