Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Experienced Oncology CRAs to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team across the US. 1+ year of independent CRO/sponsor monitoring is required; oncology experience is preferred. The role involves 60-70% travel and open to major hub locations across the United States.

You will monitor sites, manage study files, respond to emergencies, and ensure protocol adherence and data integrity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related certification in life sciences or allied health.
• 1+ years of clinical monitoring experience required.
• Oncology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical sites, perform pre-study and initiation visits, and close-outs.
• Liaise with vendors and manage site-related activities.
• Ensure informed consent and protocol compliance; ensure data integrity.
